1. On our homepage you can find the accommodation offered by us. Please think about which halls of residence you are interested in and note down your preferred category associated with it.
   
   
2. The ONLINE application can be filled in by clicking on the “Apply” button: Please fill in your first name and surname as well as the e-mail address at which we can contact you.
   
   
3. Before being able to continue your application you have to carefully read and accept our “General terms and conditions".
   
   
4. Now please fill in your personal data. Please note that all compulsory fields (*) have to be filled in. If you make any false statements you may lose your accommodation!!
   
   
5. As soon as you send your data (“Continue”) you will receive an automatically generated e-mail to the e-mail address you filled in before. In this e-mail you will find a link which you have to click in order to complete your application.
   
   
6. Now you have to fill in details of the duration of your stay (max. 1 year; a renewal is possible by e-mail depending on availability) and your preferred accommodation as well as the category you noted down before, preferred halls of residence and any other preferences.
   
   
7. After having fully completed the form you can submit your application.
   
   
8. Guest students, Erasmus students and professors will then receive another e-mail with information and bank details for the transfer of the necessary reservation deposit.
   
   
9. When transferring the deposit to our account you have to fill in your family name and the “purpose of payment” stated in the e-mail as purpose of payment. (ATTENTION: we do not accept cheques!)
   
   
10. After having completed the whole application procedure (fully completed ONLINE application form + deposit) it may take some time until you will hear from us: Any further information will be sent to you exclusively by e-mail.

Therefore please check your e-mails at regular intervals!
