This “Guesthouse of the Vienna Universities” was constructed as a passive house and offers 278 single rooms in various types of flat units: One-room units, two-room units, three-room units and four-room units. Via a small cloakroom right after the entrance doors students will reach a communal area with a small kitchenette. All rooms are equipped with TV sets (35 channels), Internet and telephone connection; they have an average size of more than 14 m² and big rectangular windows to let in the sunlight. White walls and ceilings add very much to the friendly atmosphere of the building.

Communal rooms in the hall of residence:

Laundrette (to wash you will need a cashpoint/ATM card with Quick function or a Quick card (this is available in the office of the ÖAD Housing Office), bicycle store room, party room

Equipment of the flats:

2 to 4 single rooms, bathroom/toilet and kitchen

Refrigerator, sink, hotplates, microwave oven, coffee percolator, electric kettle, toaster, crockery

- Equipment of the single rooms

Bed linen, TV set, cable TV access (35 TV channels), telephone (passive – active also possible with a calling-card), Internet access free of charge (with RJ-45 cable)

In February and September we offer the following payment arrangements in this hall:
Arrival between
* 01.02./01.09. and 14.02./14.09.: full month’s rent
* 15.02./15.09. and 24.02./24.09.: half month’s rent
* 25.02./25.09. and 28.02./30.09.: single room €25.00 per night / double room €15.00 per night
Leap years, public and religious holidays and

weekends are not taken into account in this context.

*The prices stated may rise slightly each academic year. The monthly administration fee of € 18,- is not included in the rent. Additional fees can be found in our general terms and conditions.
